Who we are

What we collect
When you sign up for the VojVoj Creator Masterclass via this page, we collect:
- First name
- Email address
- Your primary social platform
- Approximate audience size
- Optional: your social media handle
Why we collect it
To deliver the masterclass (joining link, schedule, reminders) and, if you've consented, to send occasional related updates from VojVoj. Our lawful basis under GDPR is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Where your data is stored
Submissions are received by a Google Apps Script endpoint and stored in a Google Sheet operated by VojVoj AS. Google processes this data on infrastructure that may include servers outside the EU/EEA, including the United States, under Google's Standard Contractual Clauses. How long we keep it
Up to 24 months after your last interaction with VojVoj, unless you request earlier deletion.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to withdraw consent, to receive a copy of your data, and to file a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet). To exercise any of these rights, email jan@vojvoj.com.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how visitors use this site (which pages get loaded, how long people stay, which links they click). Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them via the consent banner on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookies are stored and no analytics data is sent to Google.
The cookies GA sets, when accepted, are typically named _ga and _ga_<stream-id>. They contain a randomly generated client identifier (no personal data) and expire after 2 years. IP addresses are anonymised before being sent to Google. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser.
We also pass visitor traffic through Cloudflare (our hosting provider) and use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated form submissions. Turnstile is privacy-preserving and does not require cookies.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
